Corrections are reviewed before they go live. Nothing here publishes automatically. A limitation is corrected when it's factually wrong, but it is not removed just because it's unwelcome; see the method page for how corrections are handled.

Must be on the provider's own domain, the one listed on the profile, so we can tell you work there. A personal or generic email address will be rejected during review.

Your position at the provider, so we can judge whether you're able to speak to the correction.

Be specific: which field is wrong, and what it should say instead. General objections to a limitation without a factual basis won't result in a change.
